FOIA the security footage. You have to file a complaint against Officer Fendera and the Lieutenant as well. The Lieutenant did not do his job.

Every state needs to pass STRONG LAWS REQUIRING cameras to be recording in public areas inside buildings...because OBVIOUSLY there is a NEED for that to PROTECT everyone's rights, before, during and after some form of attack. The building is private property but "open to the public" during business hours (time manner place restrictions) else if it was private property and posted no trespass, nobody would be able to enter the building to get services. Your rights can be restricted since the office is not a traditional public forum. However, your conduct is well within reasonableness to not warrant a disorderly conduct and you were never asked to leave so cannot be trespassed. The other officer is colluding behind closed doors with the state official to try and get him off the hook, but if the tables were turned, they wouldn't bat an eye to arrest you. Pure example of corruption. Keep up the great work!

Get all reports, calls, documentation ASAP. Research the laws in your state in regards to time limitations to file a lawsuit. If charges get filed the prosecutor's office will do everything possible to drag out the legal process so you miss out on the date to file a civil rights lawsuit. Very common tactic.
