At that distance he would have to consider the earth rotation time the bullet takes to travel all the way there and the parabolic curve of the trayectory, the mark wouldn't be at the head but tilted to the side the earth rotates towards. Usually you have to also consider the effect of air on the bullet but since its tungsten the heaviest metal known to men then we can ignore that. Another thing to consider is that since its tungsten the bullet wont stop after piercing the guy head, it would continue and pierce through concrete, wood, crystal and more, only a thick layer of metal would stop it.

My guess would be wind magic helps with a lot of that. It could probably fix any slight changes in direction if calculated beforehand which I'm assuming he would've. Idk how the tungsten just stopped though but it mightve had something to do with the mana the guy had.

This episode was great. I loved the camera shot when Lugh fired the bullet it was really sick. I kind of wish we saw him pull the trigger of the gun but it’s not a big deal. The conversation with Maha and Lugh was interesting and I liked how they made him more human. A few nit picks, when the guy got shot, the animation felt a little too fast, and Lugh’s mother is strangely becoming too attached to him (a bit sexually, and I don’t like that)

I have to say, Lugh had the opportunity to have an interesting character arc with drama and all of that. But it seems they want to go the easy route. A bit sad, the setting had potential to be more than the standard isekai.

If I tell you that a character was shy in the past but then present him to you as a fun character, you know this character had an arc, but you don't really get enjoyment out of it since you didn't see it. Since we never saw how exactly he lived, especially when it came to his decision making (one mission isn't really representative of that), I can't appreciate whatever they were going for here.
