You’re right in that an up-b is fast enough to have gotten him out, but I think he was expecting Lima to end the fair with fair 3, not reset with witch twist again. I think he just got mixed and didn’t realize Lima was going for the kill

I wouldn't say the worst matchup. Yeah, Bayo is a combo character, and DK is combo food, but Bayo is known among combo characters for having a hard time killing without doing so in the main combos. Take 4:50 for example. 170 damage on DK with very big difficulties killing, only for him to take the lead in under 20 seconds. It's a difficult matchup? Yeah, sure. Hardest? Ehhh...
