With more than a decade in the film industry, having achieved almost everything I dreamt off as a teen ager, and moving on with the new found ambitions and goals, I was thrilled to the core to see this video of The old me who was chasing his dreams. This video is extremely special and I somehow got the guts to share it with all those who are trying and slogging it out for that one tiny sneak in towards their goals. I had lost the auditions Back then. I was terribly heart broken that day. I’m just glad I took the rejection to my head and not to my heart. Guess, I’m pure lucky to be here amongst you today. Guess, I have worked hard for this. Never enough though. But, today is very special, M here basking the success of believing in the beauty of my dreams and nurturing my inner self. To that boy/girl trying hard, I just wanna say that, Pls Don’t you ever give up on yourself. 🤝☺️

ഞാൻ 8th stdൽ പഠിക്കുന്ന സമയത്താണ് Bombay March 12 റിലീസ് ആവുന്നത്... അന്ന് പക്ഷേ ചേട്ടന്റെ പേര് അറിയില്ല... പിന്നീട് ഒരു മാസികയിൽ ചേട്ടന്റെ അഭിമുഖം കണ്ടു... അന്നാണ് ചേട്ടനെ കുറിച്ച് അറിയുന്നത്... പിന്നെ തത്സമയം ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടി എന്ന സിനിമയും കണ്ടതോടെ katta fan ആയി മാറി... അന്നൊക്ക ഞങ്ങൾ classൽ ചേട്ടന്റെ സിനിമയെ പറ്റി സംസാരിക്കും.... always my favourite hero❤😘😍

2022 ജനുവരിയിൽ മേപ്പടിയാൻ സിനിമയുടെ പ്രൊമോഷനുമായി ബന്ധപെട്ട് മാൾ ഓഫ് ട്രാവൻകൂറിൽ വന്നപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ണി പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. 10 കൊല്ലം മുൻപ് ഇതേ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് ഒരു ഓഡിഷന് ഞാൻ വന്നിരുന്നു. അന്ന് അത് കിട്ടിയില്ല. പക്ഷെ പിന്നീട് അതെ സംവിധായകന്റെ സിനിമയിൽ ഞാൻ നായകനായി അഭിനയിച്ചു എന്ന്. ഉണ്ണി പറഞ്ഞ ആ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ ഓഡിഷൻ ഇതായിരിക്കണം. മെട്രോ മനോരമ, പാരാമൗണ്ട് ഒക്കെ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് ആണ്. ഇതിലെ സംവിധായകൻ രാജീവ് കുമാർ സാറിന്റെ സിനിമയിൽ ഉണ്ണി പിന്നീട് അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുമുണ്ട്. തത്സമയം ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടി. മേപ്പടിയാന്റെ പ്രൊമോഷന് വന്നപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ണി പറഞ്ഞ മറ്റൊരു കാര്യം കൂടി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. "10 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഞാൻ ഒരു സിനിമ നിർമിക്കും അതിന്റെ പ്രൊമോഷനു വേണ്ടി ഞാൻ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് വരും എന്ന് ആ കാലത്ത് എന്നോട് ആരെങ്കിലും പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ ഒരിക്കലും അത് വിശ്വസിക്കില്ലായിരുന്നു എന്ന്". മുന്നോട്ടുള്ള യാത്രയിലും ഇതൊരു വലിയ ഇൻസ്പിറേഷൻ ആയിരിക്കും. തിരിഞ്ഞു നോക്കുമ്പോൾ അറിയാം എത്ര ദൂരം പിന്നിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് 🥰🥰
