I'm not a cat guy but I sure am happy to see the industry challenged by their innovation. With the shorty's becoming so popular, cat might be in the right place at the right time with a lightweight 600 shorty.

haha i was, actually tho!! the snow had such good traction and density, that the 600 was getting in top and moving forward, where my boost with the 325 was getting so much traction the front end just kept lifting! it’ll be a different story when the snows deep and he’s stuck in the meadows 😂

That little 600 works pretty good, should work really good once the 858 is in it. Cat finally has a good mountain chassis, kind like The M series when it came out. The first are even 600's, kinda like the M series was a 700 before the 800 was ready.

GoPro sticky mounts will also NEVER LAST a full year with tree riding. One solid tree branch knock on a cold day it will actually peel off the paint if not just pop off. I always do a single hold through visor with a 1/4-20 screw through it mounted to a GoPro mount that’s aluminum so it doesn’t snap in sub 0 temps and epoxy it all together

Check out the Dango Design Gripper Mount for your GoPro. Super easy on-off, no holes and a good angle for shooting. Id love so see you hop on the 600 and hear what you think

People underestimate the 600s. My first sled was a 2007 600 RMK so I still have a soft spot for the 600s but I don't think I could give up the 850 power and go back to a 600. Maybe a second sled like a 650 Pro for spring time though...

I feel like if Arctic cat tailored to their customers a bit more they would sell a lot more sleds. They should give the customer the option to order it twin rail or alpha, choose handlebar heights.. maybe even a few different track styles and tunnel lengths. Just my 2 cents.
