Firstly, I love your content...very informative, easy to digest. We're going to have about 10x the amount you require to get going (by the end of the year). My partner and I are educating ourselves at the moment. But I'm not convinced Jamie...that property is the best investment for us. From what I can gather, there are myriad of other investment vehicles which seem like they could be a better option...at least in the short term. The thing we're uncertain about is what the new labour government is going to do or not do to the property sector. We're not in any rush and we wanna wait and see what happens first before we go diving into property investment. I have been approached by yet another of your colleagues for a strategy session. Firstly, massive congrats on having that sort of money to invest. It may or may not be right for you. I’ve analysed a lot of different vehicles and if you’re looking for shorter term gain, then property won’t be for you. If you’re looking for longer terms, lower risk then it’s the best in my opinion.
