A curiosity question (Excuse if covered previously, as this is your 1st video watched). Firstly HNY & hope you're loving the beautiful Highlands of Scotland. What was your deciding factor % for a VW California Ocean? Is it because, it is used as an everyday vehicle primarily, where height, width and length effected your primary % reasoning, or was it something else, such as style, image of VW's? Currently in the research phase for a future purchase from new and why the question. Our equation estimate process, is considering all the following... 1. Working couple = camping usage at wknd's + up-to 4 weeks, in separate weeks, in a year usage for camping holidays. 2. Used for camping 12 months a year, so versatility with UK weather, strong winds, rain & cold. 3. Due to point (1), primary usage will be in UK, not out of UK. 4. Cost saving measure, vehicle will double-up, as the wife's everyday vehicle. Consideration 6m max length, excepting compromises with everyday vehicle & camping vehicle usage. If vehicle taller than 1.9m, then compromise is a little further walk for town/city parking in everyday use. 5. Toilet facilities built-in, for non campsite stays, seems logical. 6. Large fresh water capacity, as well as electric & gas capacity, for non campsite stays of up-to 3 nights. 7. Automatic transmission and a vehicle where air suspension can be added, as well as self levelling, post factory/manufacturer purchase. The list goes-on, but, within this reasoning, though started out looking at VW Camper concepts, we are getting pulled more & more, by online content, reviews, opinions to a 6m van, as just 1 example, Swift Carrera 122. Understand you love your beautiful VW California Ocean, but interested in disadvantages, advantages you perceive with your VW, over other types of vans under 6m. Thank you in advance.

Thank you 😊 We stayed at Ben Nevis Holiday Park and would recommend for sure. This We didn't get to stay on the Isle of Skye as a lot of campsites closed for winter. i've added the link in the description, hope it helps. I'm sure in March you'll have stunning views, especially Glencoe that was one of our highlights.

Do you not show your faces at all? also Toastie sandwiches are tastier if you spread butter on the outside layers of the sarnie...you end up with a crispy buttery finish...perhaps you know this already
