I admire your support for air india but you r unfortunately far off the reality. People r paying hard earned money for tese international flights which arent cheap. People rnt making up tose stories and videos. Feedback is important even if its negative so the company can think constructively of what is going wrong. Even if i m paying a huge sum for a biz ticket , and the tvs aren’t working for 15 hours flight , is it value for money?

I recently travelled in A350 to Delhi it’s excellent. I always prefer Air India because of its leg space .

Shashank good you travelled in first class. Let me tell you I travelled economy AI Delhi - Sydney. Horrible dear. 50% of screens including mine was not working for 12 hrs flight. Imagine what a horrible travel experience. I thought will never travel by AI again.
