First Cook By The Beach House

Our drive to Mayaro Beach was simply amazing. Buying some of the sweetest watermelons and the freshest Cascadura or hassar. Our first cook up consisted of what most people would reject....chicken gizzard, liver, hearts duck tails and duck head but was absolutely delicious.

You know there's one thing that I absolutely love about these videos, and that's the way that your family are always together and there's so much love and harmony whether it's vedesh, Kevin, auntie Dan or auntie Helen and all the rest. You all are an inspiration to what family should be like now in these times, sadly it's not for many other families out there.
