So close yet so far! 40 yards shooting in those trees is like threading a needle thru a haystack. So many little fricking limbs. And that is one very nice buck. Hopefully he won’t chase the girls completely out of the country. After I take a doe or two I usually pick out one buck to try and get an arrow through. This gives the hunt a bit of anticipation over just killing any buck. I’m hoping u can get another shot at that big fella. 👍👍🔥👀

Had a blast as always, watching you hunt. Seems like those bucks were pretty fired up. Is that rut behavior, or are they naturally that aggressive throughout the whole season. I didn't even know the species until you told me last year, but I find them fascinating as hell! Keep up the great videos. I have some catching up to do I see. Good luck out there.

I see you’ve been shooting the rx7 for a while now made .. would you go back to the vtm/ Ventums or stick to carbon?

Mate I love the rx7. Definitely nothing at all Wrong with the ventum I had, it was a sweet bow. The rx7 is the first carbon bow I’ve liked. It’s shock free and quite as a mouse. Definitely my favorite bow so far.

Been Bowhunting for about 20 years mate. And i still think my favorite animals would be the old mountain boar.
