The Crusades were 100% justified in principle and cause, but there was lots of things the Crusaders did that were very wrong. They unalived innocent civilians after capturing Antioch or Jerusalem, I might be wrong on which city, and attacked Constantinople. But unfortunately when you deal with mere men, you will have such atrocities committed. Overall, I do support the Crusades and see it as necessary against Islamic aggression that was started in the 7th century to 20th century, and somewhat in present times. It’s a complex topic.

The crusade emerged during that period due to the Islamic armies massacring Christian cities and demolishing numerous historic churches established before to Islam, while also coercing citizens to acknowledge Islam as the supreme religion. All the European crusaders joined forces to combat Islam in order to halt its brutality.

No such thing Palestine especially in 1099. The whole area was called the Levant. Check me... I love how you try and change history... Bull crap.

The earliest written record referring to Palestine as a geographical region is in the Histories of Herodotus in the 5th century BCE, which calls the area Palaistine, referring to the territory previously held by Philistia, a state that existed in that area from the 12th to the 7th century BCE. While Palestine's boundaries have changed throughout history, it has generally comprised the southern portion of regions such as Syria or the Levant. Terms like Pāleśtīnā and Fālasṭīn are sometimes used in secular historical contexts to refer to the land when it is under European or Arab control, respectively.

False. The area was named Palestinta after the Bar kochva revolt against Hadrian and it was in 135 AD. Hadrian banished most of the jews living in the area and in order to humiliate them, he chose the name Palestin in the reference for the biblical Philistines that were originally from aegen area. The area was never named palestine except in the Roman times. It was either called Judea or the holy land in the Christian crusade times...

@@ronnyohl It's true that the Romans renamed Israel to Palestine as a kind of insult or punishment to further separate the Jewish people from their homeland. Unfortunately, many people are too engrossed in their religious views and the news to notice this reality, so they continue to be in ignorance. The kingdom of Israel and Judah existed long before any invasion, beginning with the twelve tribes of Israel.
