I love my FT-891 for portable. I usually run 20 or 50 watts and 100 when absolutely necessary!

Realy happy with my choice as well! I usualy bring only a 9ah lifepo so 100w is a bit to much. I start around 20w and turn upp after the initial pilup dies down..

@@LB8IJ Light battery is good. I may reduce from 36 AH to 12 AH. That would handle the occasional 100 watts and give me plenty of time at 20 watts.

It’s a folding table made of aluminium and streched fabric as tabletop. Bought it at jula: www.jula.no/catalog/fritid/friluftsliv-og-camping/campingmobler/bord-og-stoler/campingbord-021699/ maby there is something similar available in North America? I’m realy pleased with it! 73
