My people when you go to a country please learn their terminology.....Care homes are either residential or nursing homes.

They should have told you about each and every residents needs. And requirements. Every residents different needs. Yes that how most permanent carers treats agency carers. And they will lie .to covered their self. Don't get me wrong some staff are good. U don't not know these poor residents and not getting the right support. Sad. How do supposed to take care of the residents. If u dount know their needs.
