My son was born last week with type 1 diabetes and we live in Colorado springs and I'm so grateful they just opened childrens Colorado hospital in town last year! So I totally relate with feeling grateful of the medical aid there is here! I'm so glad you were able to move somewhere that has so many resources for your boys!

You should definitely be having a communication journal for each of them to let you know what they did, how they were, and if there were any difficulties. Those journals are so helpful when kids are not able to tell you. Linda

But Sawyer and Griffin can’t say how their day went, so she can write it in a journal. Were u referring to Harrison and Wynn??

@@foofookachoo1136 no. Sawyer and Griffin's teacher or aides can write daily little journal entries to let their parents know how their day was. My son is also nonverbal with Angelman syndrome and that is what his aides did for him.

I remember when my boys were in school. They went half days also. 3-4 hours. They stayed for lunch to work in feeding skills. I was like I’m going to get so much done. But the time does fly by. Still much needed for you and the children. Man this vlog brings back so many memories for me!!! So glad things seem to be getting on track and a lot more enjoyable for you guys. I would REALLY like to know how Will is doing!! I think a lot of the time he’s the forgotten one!! But I do know there’s other people like me who’s thinking of him. Before they even arrived there, I thought, gosh, Will is probably wondering if his Co. job will be like his job in N.Y., or a lot different, if the new route will be easy to learn, and if the other P.O. workers will welcoming and easy to get along with!! Will has had all of THAT, as well as driving across country, getting things moved into the house, plus helping with the kids all the time, any time he’s home. Will has actually had more new things to learn and do, than Emily has !! I hope both of their routines are getting easier now!!

My daughter is a special needs teacher and her son is autistic but she still gets stressed if she doesn't have updates about him. So it's normal. I 'm glad the children like their new school. xx

Will the twins ever get to go to preschool for a whole day? 2 and a half hours doesn’t seem like very long, to get much therapy. How long do the big kids go every day? School days here are from 8-3.

They won’t go to all day school till they are in kindergarten. But they do get in-home therapy after school PT OT and speech
