tip for growing muscle! you’ve gotta eat more if you wanna grow certain areas of your body like your bum; workouts alone won’t change your appearance if you keep your nutrition the same. Don’t cut out any of your fav foods, just eat a lot of protein, and don’t under-eat! :)

Rosie, funny that you mention the problems you girls are facing in an all-girls school. My granddaughter also in the UK had the same issues, but she now changed schools and is attending a mixed school She is so much happier now. It is important to have both girls and boys as friends in a school. Keeps you grounded.

Freshman year I got voted ugliest girl in the grade and there was a priv story abt how weird I was and people would add to it and everyone popular was on it. But there is a particular group of girls who were making group chats to insult me and I told them point blank to leave me alone. I’m happy that everything turned out good for you :).
