Hello sir ..... mujhe abhi aapki videos mili suddenly and I'm to glad to see u😊.... mene gym jana shuru hi kiya hai or mujhe mera weight 10 to 15 kg loose karna hai please weight loose or toned body ke liye help me ek video banaiye please ya koi suggestion dijiye ......... please please ek home made diet plan bhi please.

Ghr ka khana kha chup chap 2 din huye nai diet chaiye .. diet tb jaruri hoti hai jab ap itna workout kr rahe ho ki ghr ke khane se enough calories nai mil rahi tb pdti diet ke jarurat

Bhai gym gya tha 3 mahine or mere shoulder me dard hone lga left or usme se kat kat ki awaz bhi aati hai ab mujhe gym chode 7 month ho gye ab mai dubara gym jane ki soch rha hu kya mai gym jau or ye dard kaise thik hoga bhaiya plz btao
