Just started gym a couple of weeks ago, confused and was wondering for a good exercise for chest and boom... Got a vídeo recommendation. All thanks to Lord Krishna, whenever i want something he gives me 🤗 Sir plz continue and thnx for the video Edit: went to gym at 5 a.m.and it's around 9 p.m and i can still feel the pump, as well some broken muscles coz it's paining a little bit 🥲

@@luvboi not a bodybuilder, but I would say it's good given my job and other things bcz before gym (76 kg)I was pretty weak,used to get back pain etc while doing a little household chores but now after 1.5 year .I am very happy and satisfied with my current physique (69 kg)[note: I am only taking 80 to 90g of protein every day ].Now this winter I want to shred my physique a little bit upto 60 kg . let's hope I get my desired result.
