Hello coach! I've been watching your videos since 2019, nung nagrereview pa ko for board exam and CSE. Videos mo lang ang ginawa kong reviewer ko for civil service and I passed! Hi Lyca, Maraming salamat sa get hired series mo dito at sa spotify podcast. Sa aviation industry ako dito sa Qatar at sobrang apektado yung industry namin. Sobrang konte lang ng opportunity kasi pandemic at sobrang daming na tanggal. Siguro 1 opportunity is to 1000 applicants and ratio, plus the politics pa. Sobrang ma politika sa company namin dito. And then last June, ngkaroon ng internal vacancy/promotion sa company, na interview ako 1st week ng October, at last week lang na received ko na ang offer letter. Sobrang sarap lang sa feeling kasi ako yung newest employee sa grade namin, at ako pa yung naunang ma promote. Nung nagprepare ako, lagi nasa isip ko yung podcast mong about politics. Ang laking tulong ng mga videos mo. 🥲🥲Salamat ulit, Lyca. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Pwede bang magshare ng tips para sa mga newly hired especially sa mga millennials? Share ko lang sana yung "Wag mag-quit sa job out of boredom". Yung bang feel nilang mag-quit o mag-resign kasi "boring" or "routinary" ung trabaho. Tandaan lang nila na di lagi same paperworks o clients ung makikita nila. Kung ano ung nanyari kahapon, iba na yan kinabukasan.
