No it will be free of cost. You just have to tell them your name and they will provide you the room itself With this pancard i would really suggest you to try to get your original pancard as soon as possible According to me it takes a week to deliver your pancard else honestly I can't say what happens because when I entered the room the first question was 'Is every one have their pancard ' so try to manage the pancard .
