no impact of your grade on your promotion. Promotion depends on your performance in your project. Also all the fresher are eligible for promotion after 1.5 years by default

This type of behaviour is not only with Accenture but all the MNCs. If they need you then they will call otherwise no communication. You can't do anything just move on and apply for other companies

Sir, I have an offer from TCS, Infosys, Cognizant and I'm waiting for my Accenture results (my interview was good). TCS is giving the DOJ within 1 week. Infosys hasn't released the OL yet. I have accepted the Cognizant OL and completed the background verification and prejoining but they are taking too long to release the DOJ. It's been 1 month almost. I'm quite confused here.
