Some people have asked why I blurred the face of the lady? I should have exposed her. The purpose of this video is not to take revenge from her or defame her. But just to share our travel experience. I still believe it was a genuine mistake by her and it is not fair to publicly defame someone for such a small mistake.

You have got some patience Ravish. Issue is our own country folks doesn’t value feelings. They made a mistake but did not want to say even sorry for the same. We went through the same in Athens during our honeymoon. A lady who took our suitcase was Greek and she came back to airport. First thing when she met us she apologised. This is what needs or come in our people, empathy is so important. Anyways, hats off to your patience and what a coincidence my in laws are based out of Rohtak. Have a great stay in India.

Ravish, This is Sam Vonumu. I had exactly the same experience. But I was lucky that the other person is a wonderful person. It is she who called me and told me that our suitcases were similar and was picked by mistake. I returned to the airport and exchanged our bags. This has happened in Guwahati airport. That time, I have arrived from USA to Assam to meet our children there. It is always good to be nice to others even if others are not nice. Your family has shown respect to our country citizens through the entire video. Thank you.

Ravish means adventure. You should start a company and all you need to do is accompany them for their vacation and they will get an adventure LOL. But all jokes apart I love your demeanor. And BTW you were absolutely right, you shouldn't be clearing their bag from customs, but maybe you could have just met them in between to pick up your bag but that's my take on it. I went thru the same issue 8-9 years ago at Mumbai airport and all I did was pick up my bag from the person who took it by mistake and let the person deal with his mistake, not my issue. But then the person was gracious and apologetic, hope he is reading this message as well and now that I see your suffering know how thankful I was. I know this would trigger many people but I always have such experience at Delhi. Recently, in Delhi T3 lift a women in 40s yelled at me saying "Are you fu*cking deaf". In elevator, she was trying to jump over my bag snd I told her there is person standing next to me and I would get out of lift and get her go first. She didn't even have patience for 15 seconds. On way back, in Delhi exit immigration queue people were jumping queues, doing fist fight and mc/bc to each other while immigration officers laughed. I honestly feel people in our country need to learn basic manners. I see people overtaking in roll lanes, abusing each other on roads and on tea stalls trying to snatch maggi and tea from each other at stalls on mountains. And these are people in 50s and 60s.

Ravish if in case it happens the same that ur bag has been exchanged then simple option is tie a piece of cloth from ur house to the handle of each suitcase then there not be any prblm. But not readymade ribbon or flowers .only clorh from ur house.

Same thing happened with us in 2008 when the terrorist attack in Mumbai. We were at Mumbai airport and we realized our bag was exchanged and when we called him, he left for Jaipur and he also left bag at domestic airport. We dropped bag at custom and then we dropped children home n went to downtown Mumbai and somewhere the army operation was going on and majority business was closed. We found somehow the airline office and then they told to tell them what was in bag,I remembered my daughter’s soy-milk n toys and it came same. Yeh ab common ho gaya he. Some people uff.. they thing so much of themselves
