38:18 do get where you’re coming from however countries within Africa are always portrayed on social media/Tv as poor, dirty and almost as if it’s a no man’s land no good infrastructure, no food, no electronic devices etc.. so it is nice to show some tourist spots too which you have done which we all do appreciate as you have shown us both sides of the world within Africa which is not always shown which then leads to people being ignorant about Africa as a whole. So we need amazing channels like yours to reinforce that Africa is a magnificent continent with amazing countries there is no denying that Africa still has a long way to go (sadly) but it’s still amazing. Keep up the good work ! South Africa is looking nice and lit. Would like you to visit Angola next !!

It's a contradiction to go to the city & expect traditional experiences. Globalization isn't just a concept that you learn in Social Studies class. The rule of thumb is that if there is urbanization, there will be less traditional values in that area. Do not confuse this with modernity, because the villages are very modern but also very traditional. There is where you will find a more traditional experiences of food & culture from the source. Locals don't go to restaurants for traditional food, we go to restaurants for something different. For traditional food we go to our grandmother's house, our mother's house or just make it ourselves at home. However, there are pockets of tradition in the city, like KwaMayemaye, MTN taxi rank & even in Soweto on Vilakazi street, a tourist destination but they serve great authentic South African cousine.
