You have several supporters who believed in you, your Coastal Citizen products, and your personal integrity, who did not immediately dispute their orders when "delayed". Literally orders from March still unfulfilled, and given that you deleted the customer service email and removed the brand from your bio, I'm guessing these orders def won't ever arrive. It's now too late for many of these individuals to dispute the transaction with their banks, and you had no problem pocketing our money. Please have some integrity and make things right before we collectively seek legal action.

Hi Monika! This brand is a soft spot for me- To be 100% real with you- I poured my heart into it and the partners I founded it with went bankrupt, and had to abandon the company. It blind-sighted me and happened all within a month. I haven't publicly spoken on this because I didn't want to drag those partners, but now that I'm seeing they're leaving people like you at a loss, I have to speak up. When they were shutting everything down I made sure everything pending was canceled, and I personally spoke with supporters to make sure their orders were handled. Now I'm finding out now in NOVEMBER there are still outstanding orders for some reason. I want you to know I never made a single dollar off of CC, in fact spent my own money to create at the level I wanted to create- and I didn't even care because it was truly beautiful making a brand that cleared so many people's skin. That is the hardest part- knowing I made a great product that had to be ended literally all due to corporate mishandling. I hear your message and am speaking with my team to go back and see if we can clear any new orders that happened in the bankruptcy, but I want you to know me + my team have no financial benefit to hold onto orders, and we don't even handle customer's money. So we will be chasing down the partners that were in charge of those. This was a hard lesson for me trusting corporate partners and I've learned from now on all my businesses will be handled by only myself. I can't trust people, people used me to make a profit and did not care about the core of what I wanted to create, and the last few months have been hard learning that. I'm on it, and im sorry.

Girl that’s amazing I myself have spinal injury was blessed enough for it not to be as severe or ever be stuck in a wheelchair , I was also a former cleaner which I can’t really do anymore - when you mentioned the walls my face like oh fuck . You are truly amazing having all your limbs and being able to use them you don’t know till you know .
