FIRST DAY in PARIS! (FAMOUS HOT CHOCOLATE, NOTRE DAME, LOUVRE )

Our first day in Paris was spent checking out some famous Paris landmarks. In this Paris travel vlog, we take you around Notre Dame, River Seine, the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Angelina Cafe, and the fanciest Starbucks. We didn't even scratch the surface during our first day in Paris. Stay tuned for our Paris Travel Series where we spend a day in Montmartre, picnic at the Eiffel Tower, and visit the Paris Catacombs.
Here's our itinerary for our first day in Paris:
Notre Dame - Notre Dame is arguably one of the most famous cathedrals in the world. Because of the 2019 fire, we weren't able to go inside of the cathedral. The area around Notre Dame was still filled with tourists and vendors. I believe it will reopen in 2024.
River Seine - From Notre Dame to the Louvre we walked along the River Seine. This was such an enjoyable walk. There are plenty of cafes and vendors selling art along the riverbank.
Louvre - The Louvre is one of the most famous museums in the world. We spent some time wandering around the grounds and getting some photos with the Louvre Pyramid.
Tuileries Garden - This garden is between the Place de la Concorde and the Louvre. We strolled through it on our way to Angelina. Tuileries is one of the most popular parks in Paris and it is easy to see why. If you have time, it's worth a visit.
Angelina - Angelina is a popular Paris cafe known for its hot chocolate. While we were there we got the hot chocolate and an eclair. Both were yummy and the atmosphere inside of Angelina was great.
Starbucks - After Angelina, we made our way to the fanciest Starbucks in Paris. I was so amazed at the beautiful interior of this Starbucks.
