As an Introvert too I can say na iba yung lungkot pag nasa foreign country ka talaga, may feeling of "alienating", I had vacation sa germany for a month and Im with my relatives pa non pero I realize hindi ko kaya maging ofw, pang pinas talaga ako 😂 Pero gets ko din how living abroad can make you grow as a person, youll learn a lot of survival skills along the way. This brings me back to my old good days while working in SG. The feeling of independence is really surreal. Mahirap na malungkot, pero masaya na worthwhile. That feeling na wala kang kakilala and you only have yourself as company is liberating at first. But habang tumatagal, dun mo lalo nafifeel the difference being away from what you are used to. Great job to you, Hazel for stepping out of your comfort zone and chasing your dreams. First time kong mag comment since I subscribed 2017 pa. Sobrang relatable yung experience mo, same na same ng feeling and struggles nung first day ng pag move ko, dito naman ako sa Japan. Sobrang sakit din ng ulo ko nun at wala ding kain, pagdating ng apartment dahil di na kaya talaga itlog na lang ang pangtawid gutom, buti nalang malapit lang yung place ko nun sa supermarket. Wala na din akong energy kumain nun, need lang uminom ng gamot kaya kahit itlog lang pinilit ko. Hanggang kinabukasan ng umaga ibang level yung pakiramdam ko nun. Buti nung hapon na ok ok na, ayun dun na ko nakapag explore explore. Feeling ko isa din sa nagpasakit ng ulo bukod sa pagod, puyat at gutom eh yung language haha hindi ko pa kasi sila maintindihan 😅 feeling ko pumasok lang ako sa anime world 😂 God bless sa new endeavor. Hindi talaga madaling maging OFW. I am an introvert din as in, halos di talaga lumalabas ng bahay since work from home pa ko before sa PH pero dito sa Japan ibang level yung feeling alone. Ang coping mechanism ko nalang is tumunganga sa mga parks and explore new places. Gumagala ako ng halos walang gastos, kasi nagba bike lang ako madalas. Kahit simpleng bulaklak at halaman dito ang gaganda, for sure jan din sa Korea. Enjoy lang 😊
