I know this is a little late and you will have your own apartment soon, but the best thing for fiddle leaf figs is to pick off the crunch/ dead leaves with fiddle leafs its very hard to get the dead leaves back to life. so just pick them off before the fall off

Fiddle leaf figs loose their bottom leaves (the oldest) because they have new growth/leaves on top. It looks fairly healthy so that should be a good sign! But if you’re not sure, make sure the soil isn’t too dry and check for bugs. Hope this helps! Absolutely love watching your videos!
