Molly, I like the fact that you let us see both the things you are great at and the things you are still learning. You do it with laughter and grace, which is more than I can say for myself. When I learned to drive a semi the words I came up with would violate You Tube’s standards for decency.🤣

I had to chuckle as I learned to drive on the farm too. I will never forget what another truck driver told me when I was speed shifting and grinding gears. “It ain’t your pecker boy! Slowly pull it out of one gear, and slowly push it up into the next!” Your doing great, love your stuff!

Just started watching your channel. I grew up on a small farm in Michigan in the 50's and we raised potatoes to sell at the farmer's market on Saturday in Detroit. We sold 50 lbs for $1.25 and they I would carry the bag to there car. I was 10 years old. And we hired people to pick them up for .10 cent a bushel, we had a 2 row digger.

Good morning from Kodiak Island Alaska my wife is from Maine and we travel around spray the inside of these potato sheds I even went to India and did one taught them how to spray that was challenging in March of 2020 but my comment is whoever is running the elevator and stacking the tubers does a really good job because I don't see any dings inside your sheds in the spray foam kudos to whoever is running the stacker most of the time they're doing a really good job and actually the material looks like whoever sprayed it really knows what they're doing I've been doing this stuff since 1989

Harvesting potatoes is quite magical to me. The "fruit" is hidden until dug, then to see the potatoes, mature and beautiful, going on the truck and into storage. Thinking about all the ways they will be eaten, baked, roasted, fried, boiled, then perhaps mashed. One of the most versatile and good tasting crops in all of agriculture. Thank you for sharing, Molly and Shane.
