Since we met last, I've become a Grandad of 2. Spud(Esmi)is now 6yrs old, & Mr Chuckles is 1yr old(Leo) You won't recall but you decorated my old CBR600 with sausages @ Loomies. Since then, I've had a KTM 690(too bloody uncomfortable)& a brand new MT-09(stolen, & set on fire less than 700yrds from my house)so now on CBF1000(2010)Due my ancient body(attacked numerous times in cars)I only get to ride in fair weather(& resident of wettest area in UK)results in rare rides. My Grandkids are awesome, tho Spud has mental health issues so needs a degree of discipline to avoid my own mental health breakdowns. I love to see you posting vlogs of your own kids updates. Thanks.

I am curious to hear how long it will take you/took you to know the way to work by heart. Recently, another location was added to my working schedule. I have been there twice now, and still like to rely on the sat nav rather than not when going through the city :D

I am very confused. We even have an own parking area for bikes, so you should be able to park it there. Others have put their bikes there aswell

9:36 It needs some planing in advance but it is totally doable to use the Deutschland Ticket as a tourist. You can cancel the subscription directly after you buy it but you have to be careful to cancel it bevor the 10th of the month. That means, for example, if you want to visit Germany from the 16th to the 28th of a month you still need to buy and cancel the subscription somewhere between the fist of the month and 10th.

From what I know you can park your bike anywhere as long as it doesn't disturb people from walking past or on spots which are signed that you cant park, like Ausfahrten or entrances to buildings, etc.

Quick question, because you got a new helmet recently: did you have to go up a size or two? I'm convinced helmet sizes are smaller than they used to be, my new helmet is an XXL, my last one was L. My head can't have grown two sizes in a couple of years, right? xD

Ah my two previous helmets have been smalls, the new one is a size between small and medium! Maybe they are making them smaller. Or with age our brains are getting bigger.

Also you really don't have to worry about your age. A 30 what not year old lady doing an ausbildung coming to school on a sportsbike is pretty damn cool imo. Also would love to hear what you think about the helmet, have been considering the 1400air, but I'm not sure if it's maybe too loud for my liking or so.

When I tested the helmet against my shoei nxr, and an agv helmet the scorpion was definitely the quietest of the three 😁 definitely recommend going to Louis and doing a few helmet tests! Do you live in Germany?

Yes just go in and talk to them. You pay for the first helmet you want to try out, then tell them which other ones you want to try. You try the first one out, come back, leave that helmet there while you try the next one, and so on, until you find the one you like best. Then they swap the helmet you first bought, for the one you like best and put it through the till so you pay the difference (or get money back if it's cheaper).

Germany is a great country.. only thing I don't like is the language and that a lot of the people are super cold.. Hope the people in your city aren't like that lol

Hmmm in my experience people here are less friendly to strangers, but once you are not a stranger then they are just as friendly as people from other countries 😁
