Running wipers for no reason is irritating to watch.

@@sergiyg2537 there is light snow and so windy -12 degrees. When snow melts on the windshield it turns to ice instantly then the wipers cant clear up the windshield properly. What I did was to prevent the snow turn to ice.

@@sergiyg2537 way different. We have cold wind chill here with dry snow. BC is always slushy. Its harder to drive there, 2 yrs ago I was in Kitimat and there was storm, its pretty hard to drive there on winter.
