The Samsung "eye-tracker" thingy is a legit replacement for fingerprint unlock and it actually works, not a gimmick.

Nice review but just curious about the materials tou, a lot of other reviewers say it has the best materials and build quality in its class. im so confused now.

It's all subjective I would say. A few things that could be done better, I think, are the bare (not gloss black) plastic buttons on the steering wheel and centre console - the feel and texture feel a little off, not as good as those in the F10. These same buttons are given a metal-look finish in the G11/G12 7 Series. The door handles and the outer panels of the front centre tunnel, meanwhile, are covered in Dakota leather, but they feel very hard to the touch. These bits pop out at me immediately. Another thing is that our G30 misses out on the leather-covered dashboard and door cards option. My personal pet peeve, but it does lift up the appearance of the cabin considerably.

About the other reviewers... you cannot expect someone who is not used to luxury cars to review them properly. Anything above the usual Proton/Perodua/Honda level of stuffs will be like WOW! I LOVE IT! to them.

1. you don't need 25 mins to talk about a car. refer KBB on how to make a beautiful, info-packed, and intelligent review. going on and on in a monologue for the first 10 mins at least is an utter waste of any viewer's time 2. its dangerous to film and talk and drive in traffic and highways. at the roundabout you almost took out 2 myvis 3. you can do better

Thanks for the feedback, Ollie! We are still refining this new approach for simple, quick to produce yet informative video reviews, so any thoughts and opinions are appreciated. Yes, the review could be shorter, minus a few bits and bobs and repetitions, that's for sure. We will continue to refine it as we go along. As for filming in traffic, I wouldn't say that it's dangerous, and I did not "almost take out two Myvis." Perhaps it may look worse on camera.
