You can really tell Peter and co know what they are doing and know horse power when they always refer to wheel horse power, most tuners refer to the higher crank quoted figure to make the numbers sound more impressive. I haven’t heard them mention bhp once and not quote wheel horse power. Respect to them ✊

Jay Islam RWD cars generally have a 10-15% hp loss and AWD cars have a 20-25% hp loss. So if a RWD car has 1000 BHP, it would have around 850-900 WHP and a 1000 BHP AWD car would have 750-800 WHP.

I had my M4 on Full E85 and damn it’s no joke with traction off 80mph merging sliding by a car in 4th gear half throttle nothing like it. These this are no joke when they break traction tuned. Revs so quickly

Well deserved upgrade Ricky! Well happy to see this, and love your reaction. Even if they don't see you coming they'll hear you haha Sorry to hear about the insurance tho, I feel the pain. I only upgraded from 68 to 189hp, moved house, and my premium tripled. Also understand that zooming in feeling, I had the chance to drive a 370hp golf R, launching it at traffic lights gave me that zooming in feeling like nothing else. Not even as a passenger in the same car.

I think one thing the guys at Pure should look into is some sort of PDA which you can stick somewhere like a phone and use that to easily cycle through pre set tunes they have rather than having to get the laptop out everytime you want to change tunes. I have seen that COBB tuning produce a PDA which does exactly that. Would be good if these guys could also make something that like which is a click of the button change for different maps.

You do need to modulate the throttle in a powerful front wheel drive car in a straight line as all you’ll get is wheel spinning or traction cutting in and slowing you down, especially at lower speeds
