First dual sport ride after knee surgery 5/25/22

My first dual sport ride since last fall and since I had acl reconstruction surgery on February 3rd. I wanted to go put around and see where my knee is. I'm still not cleared to ride but I figured I could take it easy on a dual sport ride. The knee felt pretty good overall. They cut my quad to use as a graft tendon so that's where I noticed I didn't have enough strength & endurance in my leg yet. Constantly transitioning between standing and sitting eventually became tough. It will all get better with time and physical therapy.
