@@jamescundiff3264 in regards to peak power, which is the main format of this channel, the new honda is NOT down on power. Maybe you're referring to average power? In that regard, the honda is weaker than most as is the zx10r but they both dominate on the street

Kawasaki has lost its edge. The blade on 650ib flashed by brenn tuning made 210 hp. The flashed zx10r only made 195 hp. The Honda is running with the s1r and out running it most of the time. I hope Kawasaki steps up.

Agree. Anyone who follows world sbk will know hrc wants to win. The created the motor in the RRRSP as a better base. They were all down on the V4R power. Bmw have done the same with the M. Jonny rea as been crying out for more power for 3yrs and the ZRR still cant compete on straights. Expect a motor upgrade for sure. Likewise with the R1. Great insight evan. Do enjoy the technicals.

You can't see the true potential of bikes in WSBK with them always restricting the winner!!!! If Rea's bike was not restricted, the championship would already be sewed up!!!

The Kawasaki is the most restricted bike in the class. WSBK only let them rev to 14500. Ducati can rev to 16200. Those are the rules

It has nothing to do with brand. I will always think being brand loyal is silly. Up until 2021 Honda did not have a CBR that could compete. Now they do. Any brand will get ny praise if they build a badass machine

Great video guys, does the new bren tune hand controller with tune for the 21 zx10r need a piggy back fuel controller or not? what are your guys thoughts on the power commander vs a full ecu flash like woolich? I see alot of the US guys still running Power commanders and other places like Australia really just using the Woolich reflash with racetools etc.

So are we saying the R1 engine is not up to par? My tuned 20 seems real quick down the straights at the road courses. Maybe it’s power under the curve, but mine pulls well off the corners even compared to the bikes that are supposed to be powerhouses.

I believe the right comparison to make is between the ZX-10RR and the Honda RRR, comparing the Honda RRR with the ZX-10R is kind of unfair

The ZX10R & ZX10RR make the same power in showroom configuration... The RR does have Titanium Connecting Rods & Pistons which allows for faster Revs & a higher Rev Range. Now once you put the Kawasaki Race Cams into the ZX10RR, that's when the comparison takes a big turn. A ZX10RR equipped with the Race Cams vs the CBR1000RR-R would be a totally different outcome. EJR hasn't stated what "The_Bitch" makes on the dyno, but I'll bet any amount of money it makes more than 200whp on 93 ⛽... Won't mention MR12

With the tuner, that you guys sell for 2021 zx-10r, what do you recommend as far as as a slip on and full exhaust system? I also had someone mention to me that I should get a pcv with a auto fuel tuner. I usually just have the shop do everything, so ordering a tuner from somewhere other than my local shop is new to me.

Kawasaki always likes to be number one and they are with the ZH2R. nothing will beat that. And I'm sure they are going to do something to the ZX10R. KAWASAKI DOESN'T LIKE TO BE SECOND.

this bike's motor has the same bore and stroke that has been carried on all the way from the gen3 model in 2008. So, from the head down is the same design. whatever changes have been made, they were made to the combustion chamber, piston head design, cams and camshafts, valves and all that. it's barely an upgrade. the 2008 bike still looks way better in every way.

Great video I think that’s what Kawasaki is doing when you look at wsbk Rea is having hard time because Yamaha‘Ducati have there electronics sorted and they be making a little more power the Honda is making the power but they have not figure out there electrics same with BMW if Kawasaki wants to keep the wsbk championship the need the next generation ZX10RR Rea overriding the new bike just look at Alex Lowe’s finisheds keep up the great work

You know WSBK rulers set a certain rpm limit for each manufacturer based on performance to even all them out. The Kawasaki is actually the most rpm limited of the padock. Search within the WSBK rules and you´ll find the specific numbers. Rea and Kawasaki are doing their utmost given the limitations they are subject to.

It's on the crankshaft that the zxr10r make 200hp and 84 ibs nnot on the rear wheel

we (EJR Performance) would personally flash the 19 RR. All 11-20 ZX10R/RRs we can handle.

Kawasaki already has a better engine, its the RR... im sure they're mindful of the two bikes and markets

The only difference between the engines is the RR has Pankl rods and pistons. It will rev faster and rev higher... but ultimately not make more power.

@@EJR-Performance I’m pretty sure it also has a higher compression head, with higher octane and more timing it will make more power..? also has less rotational mass makes a difference maybe not on a dyno. But on the street or track 100% notice a difference between the two

The part I don't get .I got the part u stuck with 16 or 18 can't sell the bike and trying get more hp. What I would do tride it in and get 21 zx 10 r instead of investing tons of $$ cuz at end new technology is better .18 or 19 is still slower down on 7 to 8 hp if not 10 .21 zx 10 r is way to go right out box with ecu flash 196 to 198 .ceramic bering velocity stacks filter full exhaust light battery 200 hp at rear .what else do u need why would I buy 28k or 30k bikes when 18k will do just as good if not better.
