In the early 1960’s a Jubilee hauled us from York to Todmorden at an average speed of 60 m.p.h.. I remember pulling-down a slam door window and watching the locomotive way ahead as it rounded a long curve with the adjacent embankment with blackened embers, sparks and smoke being carried back by the wind. My father who had witnessed a lot in the Royal Navy during the war and had travelled on blacked-out trains from Devonport to Thurso was very impressed. I am very surprised that one has never visited Cornwall in the preservation era. 👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

From Australia, last year I enjoyed travelling to Penzance last year on the 'Night Riviera' and back to Taunton on the excellent IET railcars day train. Both well patronised. Am shortly doing similar again. Wonderful to see the sempahore signals at quite a few locations in UK still going strong. Great rail network, and terrific main line steam specials. Very clear filming. Keep up the good work, and don't be surprised if you have viewers from quite a few nations, not just England.

@@83GrailwayProductions From what I've read elsewhere, it depends "where" but some is allegedly staying, like Shrewsbury. It's far from alone. Marvellous that one can still listen to the crashing of levers!!
