It seems like a diet prepatch Sableye to me, although you can punish it and it isn't KOing anyone or doing whatever it wants in contrast imo. It just has pretty OP AoE. In coordinated play with mons like Darkrai, Mimikyu, speedsters, or carries it's really good though like Blissey, Comfee, and Elde in the EX metas or Clefable with mons like Trev, Umbreon, Lapras, Ttar, etc back then 1v9ing under the enemy's goal zone

As an old Azumarill main: people at low ranks never notice when your attack bounces between them. I can’t imagine if Water Pulse also increased cooldown duration 😂 Man buff Azumarill! 😂

I think Darkrai's way worse imo Psyduck just has dumb AoE cheese but seems like a way worse version of like prepatch Sableye or something. Sableye was unpunishable, could KO off its CC alone, could do whatever it wanted, invaded all the time (and still does), etc
