I mean you could say the same thing about BR or any game. Games like this have more of a build up and life preservation quality than a respawn shooter though which I enjoy

@@StoneMountain64 yes you can. Because they’re exactly the same thing. I would argue BR’s are just a bit above extraction shooters though but equally as braindead. Because you actually “win”. There’s a point to the game with a victory while extraction shooters lack even that and the whole “purpose” is just picking up items to get virtual money for why? No reason. I think the only game that’s does this right that seems “similar” is games like dayz. Where the point. The meaning of the game is not to pick up loot for no purpose but for the purpose of surviving the apocalypse. I have a purpose to survive in this event. And then even after you “survive” IE your food and water requirements are satiated there are higher goals after that of helping other people survive. Starting shelters or settlements. Having moral quandaries with other survivors and even fighting against the other people in that. All whole lot more purpose than enter this zone, find cd drive, and leave.

Not that I’ve seen. Only creators have had access so far, and most have very high end PCs. This game uses the latest unreal engine 5, and ai frame generation
