Origin story: There was 3 blocks: I, T, and O. I and T got married and birthed twins, J and L. O was jealous of the new family so he attempted to clone himself but something went wrong mutating the clones into S and Z.

What are you smoking? Tetris effect has a deep emotional story that goes to some dark places while still having lots of light hearted humour. And the characters are top tier, so much emotional and personality in the cast

Hear me out, it's a dark alley at night, a rebel mid class teen is cornered by to two drug dealers with knives. "Where's the fucking money?!!" they yell, but all of a sudden they hear a trash can falling on the ground, one of them goes to investigate. After a few seconds his pal who's still there with a knife pointed at the boy calls him but he doesn't answer. All of a sudden the low life gets crushed by a T shaped silhouette, and as he lays on the ground looking at who did that he says "*cough*... The I shaped piece would have never done that!" T piece leans forward and says "FUCK I PIECE!" and then proceeds to snap his neck. The screen goes dark to later reveal the title screen "T piece"
