@@chloeraven2052 ok… it’s called “Kässpätzle” and fairly easy to make. For the batter you need 550g flour (I use Maida), 5 eggs, 1 tsp salt and 200g water. Mix until the batter shows bubbles. Then cut or press into boiling salt water and cook until the pieces rise to the top. Quickly take them out, put them in ice water and put them in a casserole form, layer with cheese and fried onions. Bake for 15 min. Top it with breadcrumbs that you fried up with some salted butter. Done!
