Watching you run rocket brought back many memories for me Ryan. My grandparents had an Irish Setter named Duke. And every morning after my grand father finished his bacon we would take out his old John Deere AMT and run Duke. He absolutely loved it. A few times when we run him to hard we'd have to put him in the bed and drive him back. I honestly forgot about those memories form over 25 years ago. Thank you for sharing.

Ryan I worked in a feed mill during the summer and I did a few bulk feed deliveries. It was definitely something different and I did enjoy. Watching this video brought back some memories of this summer. Keep up the great work and showing everyone your operation. All I ask is Rocket doesn't steal the hat if I win

Ryan just some advice on using something like the cattle rub to apply insecticide. We found when using a mineral feeder with a roller to apply dip for ticks you start to get resistance issues as the ticks are not exposed to the correct dose all at once. Being in contact with insecticide gradually in small dosages will give the same effect as not applying the correct dosage of antibiotics and give rise to the resistance issues. Hope this is useful to you or someone else, have a nice day

Try fertilizing your pasture next spring. That will help with growth and gain on your cattle. A lot of people don’t ever think about doing that, but a little fertilizer goes a long ways and will pay for its self 👍🏼

You should mount the mineral feeder on one of your old semi tires and put an eye bolt through the tire, then you can use a chain behind your 4 wheeler to pull it around. That's how we do it on our farm.

With all this tecnology weather on the barn or the creep feeder put a trail camera and or a go pro. What is actually eating your feed, and when? Cool watching it filled be glad to see your haverstore fixed and usable for this coming year. You might be able to make your own feed. Rocket is a good dog and fun!

Hmmm, interesting that the mineral feeder works like that, pretty thick and stiff rubber flap for cattle to get their faces into and lick the blocks inside. Imagine there's a snake inside, would you stick your snout in there? :D

Very cool of Werk-Weld to comp that mineral feeder for you. Fame and entitlement aren't your cup of tea. Let's hope that all the cattle just keep growing and stay healthy into this coming winter, which they say might be another doozy. Will you be mowing down the steer lot with the Rhino 4155 before everything starts to go brown in the fall?
