Been doing the same thing in st Louis here. Roosters are dynamite here too but I haven't gotten out bass fishing yet this year. Wonder if a tube might work. I got craw type baits🤔.👍😄

I usually can never catch bass in the winter, or much of anything really. My understanding is you gotta get kinda deep and use slow moving plastic.
