Really good guidance and recommendations on this video, I totally agree that everything needs to be checked before the dry- lining is installed as you cant blame the Electrician or Plumber afterwards because it will be a case of "he said she said", one way around this is before the dry-lining is installed, call a meeting and have all your contractors (especially the company that's doing the final fit out) at the property all at the same time, then explain to them all that if something needs doing, changing, moving or removing then they need to flag it up at this meeting, sounds harsh but have them all sign a document that basically commits each individual company to agree that they are happy for the project to move on to the next phase.

Is this only for commercial, industrial. Red fire cable would rarely be seen in a domestic.
