Kind of surprising to see Willie hosting the video they way you were gushing about the new machine in the previous video. Not that I’m complaining. I love it when Willie or Josh do the hosting. They do excellent work, they are fun to listen to, and it mixes it up nicely. As a matter of fact, Willie sounds so much like you that I’m beginning to suspect he’s your brother. And he gushes about the machine the way you do. Overall, another excellent video. My compliments to Jodi on another excellent job of editing. Without a good editor, even the best action can get quickly boring. She mixes it up well. I can’t wait to see more of the new RT-135;in action. I think the RT in the machine stands for “Right,” as in The Right Machine. Nice job. If your customer is smart, he’ll give you the land clearing job when he’s ready to build.

Nice bit of kit that, looks the part as well, anything that saves time on a job has to be an investment. Those ASV units have much better visibility, better built and are easier to maintain in the field, you can get to everything without having to crawl on your hands and knees. Did you see Chris's film when he was looking at the electric stuff coming online from Volvo, looked really cool.

I notice when you guys get in and out of the cab the cutter head is still rotating, is there a reason for this?
@nottelling82732 жыл бұрын
These heads take a while to stop spinning. So if you always waited for them to wind down you would be sitting for a long time! My head spins for a good 3 to 5 min once I turn off the hydraulics to the head.

How much does the entire setup cost? How much do you charge? By hour or acre?
@UpstateBrushControl Жыл бұрын
Roughly $160 - 180k. I charge everything by the job, based on terrain, location, and type of material. Occasionally I'll do a job by the acre, but again, it depends on those variables.

@@UpstateBrushControl That includes truck and trailer? Thank you for reply. Thinking about doing this myself, but the area I live in is very rocky.
