I understand artichokes need 2 years to produce the flowers. I tried last year, and my plants did not make it through winter in 6b/7a border. I love the idea of putting them in pots and bringing them in. I LOVE artichokes. Thank you for the idea.

Tincture the mullein, apparently American homestead has a video about it, good for repairing connective tissue apparently.

So glad to find another Cincinnati gardener! so many other homesteader/youtubers are zone 8 & up. I just invested in 2 green stalk planters and I am trying out beans in them this year. Following you for sure for garden inspo! 🌱
