I did the same with my toyota shortbed. I ended up building my own shackles from some scrap flat steel. I get a ton of articulation

A buddy of.mine put a lift kit and 33s on a Toyota sr5 and he called me for help,it was too tall to get out of the garage.i let the air out of his brand new tires and wheels, and pulled it out with my truck.

Looks like front side hanger could go forward an inch or so, bring axle closer to center and avoid moving the rear hanger… unless the axle sitting either back is an illusion

You could, I imagine the tire will move forward under droop though
