First grease on Chinese mini excavator

I get my machine on the 17th, I am glad I watched this video. Thanks for posting, I am going to change the grease fittings on mine also. I see vids on greasing those flat ones and they just don't take the grease as well as they should.

Hi , I also has a mini excavator with the same flat greese nipples. You should not change to the regular ones because the flat ones cannot be easily damage when the boom comes into contact branches and other stuff.

You can remove the pins and flip most of the cylinders around so the grease zerks are not as exposed to damage. You may have to use an angled zerk and position the boom, dipper, or bucket just right to get at it, but you don't need those needle grease fittings. You can also reverse the barrel end of the boom cylinder to avoid damage to the hoses. I see you have the newer version of the Xiniu (Rhinocerous) XN08 mini-X. Mine is an earlier version from 4 years ago. I have posted lots of tips and modifications on TractorByNet.

@@kokkonenfi Very interesting grease gun you have. I have been thru many guns, and still hate the mess. I currently use a Lincoln rechargeable battery-powered gun with a "lock-n-lube" style tip. Try that kind of tip if you want to make the job a lot easier. I still love my XN08.

I changed all my Grease serts to regular ones. And on my Grease gun I have were it locks on to the serts. What kind of motor is it and size or hose power

The engine is single cylinder diesel, I don’t know the excat hp but seems to be enough for everything

@@chrisvolk106 absolutely perfect. takes any abuse whatsoever. works for 4hours on full revs on 1 gallon off diesel. nothing will come close to that.

There is company in Finland that imports them. ( I live in Finland) It was already assembled so it was just driven down from the trailer by the freight company.

Tracks are rubber. I think that the track roller bearings are closed type with seals, so they do not require greasing. Please correct if I am wrong about this! Only grease nipple I found on tracks is for the tensioner. Edit: even the tensioner is just sping with nut, no grease there either

Hi I recently bought an AGT H13R . I was also unable to find any nipples for the tracks. I've only about 10 hrs . Do you recommend any particular type of grease?

@GWAForUTBE I just got some basic greese, I’m no expert on those. I just think that there are no fast moving bearing so any greese should do as long you add it often enough. Propably more expensive ones could hold a bit longer.

When checking to oil you do not screw the dipstick in. You just push it till the threads touch and then pull out to check..
