*ABOUT 7 DAYS TO DIE*
7 Days to Die is a "Zombie Horde Survival Crafting Game". Yep, that's a lot of words. That's because 7 days to die is a lot of things. It is a zombie horror game. You are being pursued by zombies with the constant threat of a horde in 7 days, nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. They come for you on day 7, and you have that much time to prepare. If you survive that horde, another one is coming on day 14, stronger than before. You must improve your base, become more skilled, or you will lose everything. It is also a crafting game, where you can build your base, weapons, tools, even electrical traps, and turrets to keep you alive through the night. It is also a survival game, where you must scavenge food, mine resources, and manage your general health through diseases and dysentery. What makes 7 Days to Die special isn't just that unique mix of gameplay features I describe above, it is also a "fully destructible world" based on voxel technology. You can dig anywhere, destroy anything, in a true sandbox environment. The replay-ability is near infinite, limited only to your imagination and gluttony for punishment. There are multitudes of settings for you to customize your experience to make it as tough, or as creative as you wish. 7 Days to Die is also created with multiplayer in mind. You can collaborate in teams, or strike out on your own as a lone wolf. you can form alliances, group up for the shared experience, or attack other players on PVP servers for the ultimate survival challenge. Will you be the member or a community, or a threat from afar? The many, many choices are yours.

the spike gun is a heavy weapon and seriously kills your mobility...got me killed once before i realized...great series!

Great fun! AFAiK you can loot the fat zombies (Big Mama, Tourist...) with a high chance for candy.

Oh yeah no I am done with the ghetto taser lol, the baton will suffice until I get a quality stun baton. And yes, I am in love with the railway gun. Choo choo, all aboard the train to hell!

You should try crafting a mode button and setting your NPC to hunting mode during the horde. That way he will move around on his own. It should work as long as he doesn't jump off the base LOL

"I'll shoot them while they eat!". Not a bad strategy, that actually might make a good craft-able trap. Like night of the dead, make a zombie bait item which 3-4 zombies will eat instead of hitting your walls. Kill the zombies before they eat it all as a distraction, and it will gradually lose health just like the eat animal mechanic the zombies have now.

Yeah the pipe baton is actually a nightstick/riot baton shaped club. lol! So it works in either category.

Yep, it's basically a nightstick. No shock functionality so no difference as a club/blunt weapon

I'm guessing the friendly fire was due to you and Daphne normally playing with it on. Anytime I've played with the NPCs mod we can't hurt each other except with molotovs. It's possible that's changed in Wastelands but my money is on it being the allies friendly fire being turned on.

Oh dang I should check that... it's set to "strangers only", so, if an ally is only considered a player ally, then that is possible. That is the default setting, I will try setting it to disabled next time

Im really enjoing the series (and im playing along). But, my brother in Christ, please drop that crap stun baton. You have tier 3 Pipe hammer in your weapons box, that shit slays, even without speccing into Strength. Hell, even that tier 1 Tire iron slaps. Just because you specced into INT doesnt mean you have to play by it.

I downloaded the mod and the 4 other mods it says are needed, put them all in the mods folder, and all I got was errors. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to put the 4 extra mods in a different folder?
