EXCELLENT! It took me almost a year to land a legal hali on my SeaDoo Switch. And when I finally did I was screamin like a little girl and had a BIGAZZ silly grin on my face. But I've caught 3 in the last 2+ months, each one larger than the next. Gotta try the bounceball technique as the wife likes to fish LB harbor.

Hey Man i love your videos! I saw when you fileted the fish at the end looked pretty bloody the meat. Don’t know if you did but what helps to preserve the quality of your great catch is bleeding them out when you catch them just cut off their gills either have a bucket of water or securely back in the ocean to bleed em out helps keep that meat nice and fresh🤙🏼

Idk about SoCal but here in the bay it’s illegal to fish in the ocean without a landing net and there is a size requirement for the net as well but I forgot what it was after I bout a net big enough lol

Yeah nvm I reread it. It’s for when handling undersized fish like taking it out the water to unhook/measure you need a net but if you leave it in the water it’s cool. At least that’s how I interpreted it.
