Nykia Rodriguez that's one way of doing it . It's called IPL ,but I don't think she got that kind because lasers have to be used under a doctors supervision and is slightly painful.

Hey ladies! That facial looked so relaxing. I'd love to see like a three month update on the changes you've seen from getting consistent facials. Also, please look into eliminating soy in your diets. The hormones in soy can cause a lot of problems. I know the two of you have mentioned having painful periods so that could be another step to helping with that 💜 my entire life is on hold because of my reproductive health so I have to look out for my ladies!

I can always count on you guys for giving me new things to try. I'm currently searching online to find a place near me to go and get my first HydraFacial. The probiotic juices have been added to my grocery list for the week. And I got my first ever twistout last week (transitioning for 6.5 months, yay!). And I used the Kukui oil to put it in 2 mini side puffs at night. My hair was super shiny and lasted the entire week. You ladies may never fully understand the impact you have had on so many people--y'all were the first people to make me consider going natural. Then it took me a while to follow through. I just learned how to perform the hydra facial in school, it is a 40,000 machine and the creator of it made it to where you cannot discount the price of the treatment, so it is pricey but I honestly think you can get a combination of other treatments that give similar effects for those on a budget ❤️
