LOVE your finished hydrangea pots!!! They look DARLING!!! I really appreciate your tip to use window mesh, thus not needing pebbles and allowing more room for the roots -- great idea, Queen Dear!

I love seeing your hydrangeas in January! I left mine outside in pots. They are sticks now. Hope they come back. We generally have mild winters here in DFW but we did have a few nights of freezing temps. I don’t usually wear gloves while gardening.

Thank you so much ❤️ One of the things I envy about the Southern weather is winter climate!

Oh Queen, what beautiful spring colors. I also use mesh and gloves. The mesh prevents a mess, and gloves for me are a sensory thing for me. I don’t mind getting dirty, but I don’t like the feel 🤷🏻♀️. I so enjoy seeing your plans work! Thank you. Becki

Lovely Hun! I’m enjoying your early containers. It’s giving me so much inspiration. Oh and I go both ways when I garden.😂❤ But barely, gloves win.

Hi Natea, catching up on videos. Had some health stuff going on but ready to get things going, i I have 3 propagation that survived "me😂"and ready to move into bigger pots they are about 5 in.or maybe abit more. I Love a good patina on my pots even when they get the moss .I scored at two nurseries this fall on some beautiful pots and a bunch of saucers.Love the way yours look in the pots the colors are beautiful!You and yours are in my continued prayers. 🙏🕊💚

Love hydrangeas they scream Spring. I hope the ones at our new rental home come back. They hacked them down in the Fall and then we had that rare snow and below freezing temps. We don't usually get that kind of weather here in NE NC zone 8a. We had faux Spring temps today 72 ! But I know we can also get a February snow😂. I actually like getting my hands in the dirt so I can feel for air pockets or I need more soil etc. I'm ready for some warm weather. I'm down with the flu. Our household got the triple dose pneumonia flu and rsv! Thank the Lord the new grandbaby isn't due until mid June.❤

I love love love the hydrangeas in the terracotta pots with the patina and the smaller saucers. To see the comparison of the different size saucers helps me see your vision of the vibe you were going for. Finding the right size glove is difficult (short fingers) so I tend to save them for the messiest tasks. Does anyone else stomp on them before putting them on to make sure spiders or other creatures have made a home in them?
@GardenQueen6 күн бұрын
Thank you ❤️ I don't stomp them but that is a good plan I keep them inside a baggy once I'm done with them!
@sharonfrenzel91946 күн бұрын
@@GardenQueen what a great alternative solution! I have plastic bags . lol. No more stomping. I somehow can miss the obvious.

All my hydrangeas cuttings died. User error for sure. But no more cutting my hydrangea for cuttings. Ill just stick too my discount plants or when they put a bunch of hydrangeas in a hanging basket.
@GardenQueen6 күн бұрын
Sounds like a plan! But you know I'm going to try to convert you to taking cutting this season💕
