You're talking like Sylhetis are a separate ethnic group. By that same logic, Sundarbanis, Khulnaiya, Puran Dhakaiyas, Chattogramis also have different cultures due to different dialects.

@@raptorhacker599I’m Bengali and I can confirm you are right, no we don’t. These are different languages, I do not understand Urdu or Hindi because I speak Bengali. The same way the average Italian does not understand Spanish. A few phrases here and there maybe, but the languages are quite different. Especially when you’re comparing Sylheti Bengali to Urdu or Hindi.
